I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income property within the cities of Merced, Atwater, Chowchilla, Livingston, Delhi, Winton, Planada, and LeGrand. I have had extensive training as a realtor, and continue with ongoing education to stay current.

Personal
I'm a Merced native having been born and raised in the local area. I retired from Unilever after 31 years as a Human Resource & safety manager in Merced. I attended The University of Phoenix majoring in Business. Current hobbies of mine include spending time with the family, traveling, participating in volunteering with various organizations such as the American Cancer Society and youth organizations. I partnered up with my mother, Connie Gantt; a 20 year real estate veteran who has been recognized annually as one of Coldwell Banker's top real estate agents, both locally and nationally.
